Terms: Unless otherwise noted, terms of payment are net 30 days.

Shipping Instructions: We ship all of our products via United Parcel Service (UPS) or common carrier unless otherwise specified.

Return of Products: Returns will not be accepted unless they have been approved by TEK Scientific. A 15% restocking charge will be required on all merchandise accepted for returns if orders were filled to your specifications: All returns must be prepaid

Warranty: All of TEK's products sold are intended to be used for laboratory research applications only. TEK warranties all their products for (10) years against workmanship defects. If a product is defective due to the workmanship/material of that product, please notify us immediately. Upon recieving the product TEK will determine if the defect was due to the workmanship, if such defect occurs, we will repair or replace the defective product.
